If you’re pregnant or thinking of getting pregnant, you might want to do a little research beforehand to see what to expect, what other moms have to say about the birthing process, nursing, how to handle being pregnant, and even how to get pregnant to begin with (besides, you know, the usual way). Here are some of the best pregnancy websites we’ve found.
When SmartMomma first started, it was just a website that offered advice to moms-to-be, women who wanted to be moms-to-be, and moms of all ages. Starting in 2006, SmartMomma became an online retailer offering all sorts of products, the first of which being a Babycom Fetal Doppler, a product that allows you to listen to your baby’s heartbeat whenever you want. Since then, the store has grown into a robust online store, as well as two SmartMomma retail stores in North Carolina. The website still offers lots of great advice, plus you have a place where you can buy all sorts of items you’ll need.
